• We provide information on how to activate the micro-chip will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase. Puppies are micro-chipped for lifetime identification in case they are lost or stolen.
• Pure breed puppies and popular designer hybrid puppies often have a certificate of pedigree showing up top 4 generations of the family tree history.
• Customers are educated by our trained Pet Counselors on choosing the puppy best suited to their family situation.
• Puppies go home with a two-part warranty. First part is a limited 10-day puppy purchase warranty on the puppy’s health, and the second is a limited 2-year extended puppy warranty against hereditary or congenital defects. The Playful Pets puppy warranty meets and exceeds all requirements, as PA Dog Law Section 9.3 specified.

We believe in one-on-one customer service! Anytime a family enters our store, they are greeted by a knowledgeable pet counselor who is there to help you find your perfect puppy match! Every question is welcome, our pet counselors are here to answer all your questions! You may have questions about what breed is ideal for you, or perhaps you need some advice on training your new addition; our pet counselors are here to help!

Our Pet Counselors are trained on everything dog; their education is ongoing because there is always something new to learn! They focus on learning the proper care for every type of breed we carry so that they can apply that knowledge to help match our families with the perfect puppy!

Hi, my name is BethAnn! I have been working at this facility for over ten years.  With some arduous work and dedication, I have implemented some changes to make our company better and ensure our puppies are always happy and healthy. I dedicated my life to this place, and you’ll be able to see my passion for making sure that this industry becomes better and better every day. I am extremely hands-on with our buying methods, puppy care, and facility maintenance. I CAN AND DO promise as long as I am here, our puppies are in great hands!
